4. Power Supply & LED Behavior
The Transmitter can be powered in multiple ways. Always use the LED as your guide:

  1. HDMI Power (Default Mode)
Many HDMI ports supply enough current to power the TX.
    • LED blinks during pairing → turns solid blue when linked.
    • If LED remains OFF → connect the included USB-C power cable.

  2. USB Power via Laptop / Device
Connect the included USB-C cable from TX to any USB-A port on your laptop or PC.
    • If your laptop has only USB-C ports, use the included USB-C to USB-A adapter.
    • LED will blink while pairing → turns solid blue when connected.

  3. USB-C to HDMI Adapter Option
When using a USB-C to HDMI adapter (with laptops, tablets, or phones), the adapter often supplies enough power for the TX.
    • In many cases, you do not need the separate USB-C power cable.
    • ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Powering on via USB-C does NOT guarantee video output. Your device must support DisplayPort/HDMI Alt-Mode. Some phones and tablets only provide power — not video. Always confirm compatibility before use.

5. Setup Instructions

Step 1: Connect the Receiver (RX)
• Plug the RX into an available HDMI input on your TV, projector, or monitor.
• Power the RX using the included USB-C cable → connect to a wall adapter or a powered USB port on your TV.
• Wait for the RX LED to turn SOLID BLUE — this means it’s ready.

Step 2: Connect the Transmitter (TX)
• Plug the TX into your source device’s HDMI port.
• If needed, use one of the included adapters (USB-C, Mini HDMI, or Micro HDMI).
• Check the TX LED:

  • BLINKING → Pairing in progress
  • SOLID BLUE → Link established
  • OFF → Connect the included USB-C power cable (use USB-C to USB-A adapter if your power source is USB-A)

Step 3: Manual Pairing (If Needed)
• TX and RX auto-pair when powered on.
• If pairing fails:

  • Hold the TX pairing button for about 3 seconds until the LED begins blinking.
  • Wait 10–15 seconds until the LED turns SOLID BLUE.
    • Your connection is now active.

💡 Tip: Ensure your TV or projector is turned on and set to the correct HDMI input channel.
